As an animator, I had the pleasure of working with Mark Mitchell at Magic Box Editorial on the open title scene for "Building the Beatles", a documentary that aimed to tell the story of how the band rose from humble beginnings to become one of the most iconic music groups in history. This was a particularly meaningful experience for me, as I had grown up listening to The Beatles and had always been captivated by their music and story. It was an incredible opportunity to be able to contribute to the film and create animations that captured the spirit of the band's journey. The treatment we came up with was to build a wall of posters that gave a timeline of The Beatles from their humble beginnings, which I felt was a powerful way to convey their evolution as a band. I poured my heart into the project and was proud to be a part of such a meaningful endeavor.
